Refine the Search by Phenotype Score(s) (optional):

For a list of symptom codes see the panel to the right.
Symptoms are scored between 0 and 2 where 0 is mild and 2 is severe.

eg, ((SI = 2 AND RH = 2) OR SF = 0)

The above condition would refine the search to patients who suffer badly from both seizures and repeatative hand movement or those patients who do not suffer from unusually small feet.

Refine the Search by Patient Age (optional):

Use the keyword AGE and the following condition statements to build your refinement. < less than, > greater than, <> not equal to, = equal to.
REMEMBER that age is given to 1 decimal place - therefore to find 3 yr olds use (AGE > 3 AND AGE < 4)

eg, ((AGE < 10 AND AGE >= 3 AND AGE <> 5)

The above condition would refine the search to patients with the following ages: 3,4,6,7,8,9
